Lead and manage Direct eCommerce accounts and similar new business partners.
Build a sustainable relationship with accounts buyers and marketing team to drive agreed business growth and turnover.
Manage the Regional Key Account Manager. Supervise their accounts and lead the strategy.
Responsible for executing the brands eCommerce strategy across key accounts.
Support local distributors with their local PP/ marketplaces initiatives, monitor performance and set action plans.
Develop plan, KPI and Goals for each partner.
Be innovate and activate new product launches, promotions and collaborations with marketing and digital for increasing brand presence and sales.
Identify new ecommerce/marketplaces trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
Ensure consistency of brand presence to end consumers including brand pages, product page details, educational content and special offering for an excellent customer experience.
Analyze performance in terms of profitability, sales revenues and potential growth to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities.
